"Good Morning Earth"

2D Animated Short Film

"Good Morning Earth" is an animated short film exploring themes of global conflict, community, and paranoia. It takes place in the near-future, aboard a space station, where an astronaut has made first contact with alien life. Their peaceful interactions contrast the media-fueled unrest and tension on Earth.

As one of the creators of the film, I was involved in writing, concept art, production art, sound design and animation. The backgrounds were drawn in Adobe Photoshop and the film was animated in Toon Boom Harmony.

"Be-Wildering"

Interactive Exhibit

"Be-Wildering" was a 360 degree interactive exhibit that invited participants to revisit the beauty of lost species, and turn their attention towards those that remain at risk, inspiring hope for the future of the natural world.

During this process, I designed a number of plant and animal assets, which I then animated in After Effects. I also created background art, composed the soundscape, and assisted with programming.

"Dawn"

3D Animated Short Film

"Dawn" takes place during a nuclear winter, and follows the sole surviving engineer of a missile silo. She converts a missile into a rocket, leaving Earth's atmosphere to watch the sunrise one last time.

I designed the space station that appears in the final shot of the film, hinting at a promise of rescue for the protagonist.

"Killjoy"

Live Action Film

"Killjoy" (dir. Auryn Oniyuri Ona), currently in production, is described as a "Queer Musical Odyssey", exploring culture and identity.

I was commissioned to create two artworks for the film, to be used as paste-ups on set. I was required to draw them in visually distinct styles to create the illusion of being from two different artists.

The works were based around a poem that follows the story of the protagonist.
